Delivery:

Ground shipments will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex Ground, unless otherwise specified. Instructed air shipments will be shipped on the same day and Via Federal express. Special carriers can be used upon request. Once merchandise leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for any shipment delays.

Return Check:

A $20.00 service charge will be added and all future orders will be COD Cash.

Return Policy:

We do not exchange or issue refunds to any embroidered items. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to check all sample items before processing.
