- Digitizing Charge - $60 Per Order (Waved on Orders of 1,000+)
- Standard Color is white. Also available 9/1/08 Short Sleeve Cool Grey and Short Sleeve Blue PMS 5425
- Additional colors are available for orders above 2,000 shirts. Colored shirts require 4 weeks for delivery. Colors an additional .40 per shirt. Long Sleeve additional .70 per shirt
